I've been seriously slack in that department! I last listed that my goals for that week were:
*Buy good quality tyre gauge so that I can check my tyre inflation regularly (= more efficient fuel use);
* Start the mushroom kit and store in pantry in the dark;
* Look for No Egg egg substitute in supermarket;
* Vow not to use any Glad Wrap this week!
Results:
* I bought the tyre gauge... but haven't used it yet... (such a slacker!)
* Haven't started the mushies yet - reason being I haven't made room for them in the pantry yet...
* I looked for a vegan egg-substitute at the supermarket, but either because it's a "westie-mart" and there isn't the demand for it, OR I am dumb and I was looking for it in the wrong places (I prefer the former option, LOL), I couldn't find anything...
* I managed to find a Glad Wrap substitute during the whole week! Sadly, DH did not :-( Sigh. That stuff is addictive though, it takes a bit of forethought on my behalf to stick many of our food items in containers that don't let the contents dry out too much. Like most things it's a matter of habit! Slowly, slowly...
I'll come back and post some more goals for next week on the weekend... in the meantime I'm off to check my car tyres!
