Lunar eclipse last night

Did anybody else sit up and watch the total lunar eclipse last night? Fabulous. This was the view from my backyard:

It was a wonderful opportunity to slooow down a bit: I'm having one of "those" weeks! I was hoping today would be an opportunity to stop and regroup a bit, but a mothers work is never done (or is it "no rest for the wicked"?), so onwards I go. I'm in the middle of a post about raw milk which I hope to finish soon, LOL - Jodie, I haven't forgotten you!

Your camera must be so much better than mine! Great pic

We took the kids out, away from the street lights and all to an area full of paddocks etc to get a good look at it in the DARK! Yeah we woke them up from peaceful sleep but they loved it and it's a "special" event, not something that happens every day...

That is a fantastic photo, our view wasn't as good as that, we had too many clouds. I really appreciate that you haven't forgotten me - that means a lot. Speaking of a mother's work is never done, I'd better go do the tea dishes, feed the animals,.............the list goes on............
