Here are the instructions:
Link 1 must be about family. Link 2 must be about friends. Link 3 must be about yourself, who you are... what you're all about. Link 4 must be about something you love. Link 5 can be anything you choose.
I think this is a great way to circulate some of the great older posts everyone has written, return to a few great places in our memories and also learn a little something about ourselves and each other that we may not know. Post your five links and then tag five other people. At least TWO of the people you tag must be *newer acquaintances so that you get to know each other better....and don't forget to read the archive posts and leave comments!
It's a bit hard for me to do these, especially the first two, since I don't post about family or friends - except in passing - on my blog! I get personal about our journey towards sustainability, but don't really like to get into details about my family; call me paranoid if you like, LOL. The best I can do is:
This post about how I feel about sustainability in the suburbs, and this one about why we've decided to stay in suburbia.
This post and this post and this post about two of my favourite books, and ones that were one of the catalysts (the former) and a heavy influence on our journey (the latter).
And finally this post about what we did in the first few months of our journey to halve our ecological footprint.
There are probably better posts, but it's hard trawling through 350 of them! Now I'm supposed to nominate another 5 bloggers, yikes.

Thanks for the tag. It looks more interesting than most memes.
I'm a bit behind with memes at the moment but I'll try to get onto it in the next week.
Kate
Excellent. I also tagged you for the archive meme yesterday. I'm excited to take a look at all of your favorite posts from days past.
BTW, I'm so jealous that it is summer where you are (and of your garden). I'm so sick of the weather in Chicago!
Hi Kate, I loved your archive posts :-)
Hi lifelessplastic, thanks for the tag! It won't be long until it's spring in your neck of the woods, what a wonderful time of year in the garden :-) And then *I'll* be lamenting winter, LOL.
Cheers, Julie
