100 Foot Diet Challenge Meal



I've been a bit slack with posting lately, and haven't included our 100 Foot Diet Challenge meals. Last night's meal was Tabbouleh with grilled bacon.


Backyard Ingredients:
cherry tomatoes
spring onions
mint
parsley
lemon

Local-ish, organic
Olive oil
Bacon

Organic, imported
Cous cous
