Oh you lucky girl, ripe tomatoes. Here I am waiting for the heat wave at the end of the week in hope that it will start some of mine colouring up a little.
yay tomatoes! still waiting for mine... it will be a miracle if i get one! glad your garden is giving you a little more pleasure and a little less frustration. to a plentiful and green new year. xo m.
I'm Julie, and I live with my husband and three young daughters, near Newcastle, NSW, Australia.
I yearn for an acre or two to be truly self-sufficient, but for now my family live on a small block in suburbia. We grow veggies and dwarf fruit trees, making do with what we have, learning to mend, sew, bake and grow, trying to live lightly and more sustainably to reduce our ecological footprint and help maintain the earth for future generations.

Five things I'm passionate about:
1. organic gardening 2. child slave-free chocolate 3. plastic-free toys 4. supporting small local businesses, and 5. cooking & eating wholefoods

Your tomatoes and onions are beautiful! Forgive my jealousy but we are snowed in hard, and I can barely remember what it feels like to see the sun.
