I'm Julie, and I live with my husband and three young daughters in New South Wales suburbia, Australia. This is the online journal I kept until recently, of how we are trying to live more simply & sustainably in suburbia.

This blog is on indefinite hiatus but please feel free to look around my archives for some inspiration in your own journey to living more lightly and sustainably.

Eighteen :: Laugh Lines ::

I refuse to call them crow's feet; they are merely a happy reminder of how much time I have spent smiling over the years ;-)

Cheers,

You know, I try to tell myself that... but I'm not buying it! However, we could certainly ditch the 'crow' bit. I'm happy to just call them feet...

Hello Miss Julie,

I really like the line in the Jimmy Buffet song 'Barefoot Children in the Rain' -- wrinkles only go where the smiles have been! Pull it up on youtube if you don't know it, it is a good song to let run thru the back of your mind. :-)
