Pour&lt;br /&gt;on a cup of freshly boiled water.&lt;br /&gt;So delicious...  I say eat and drink  as close to the source as possible (instead of powders and boiling?). All got the sniffles here too :-( Mmm, but that tea is gooood.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hi Kimchi,&lt;br /&gt;I think fresh ginger and honey tea would be terrific for nausea.  I used to drink commercial ginger tea when I had morning sickness and it worked quite well, so I think fresh tea would be even better.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hi Jojo,&lt;br /&gt;Wow, that&amp;#39;s impressive! My daughter recently suffered with an outbreak and after two rounds of antibiotics they still small but still were appearing. The herbalist suggested tumeric and apple juice. I teaspoon of tumeric in a class of apple juice. No more boils appeared within 24 hours of this tonic and within three days they were all gone!
