I usually use the gel neat (just cut some aloe off the plant directly) and rub the gel all over face and body. Initiallybit can be sticky but once it dries, your skin feels hydrated and totally smooth. It is not sticky at all. I add the aloe and glycerin to my favorite tea (chamomile) and put it in a spray bottle. I never have dry skin anymore! This is a light mix that suits me really well.
